The first thing people ask when they meet us is, “how did a lady from California meet a lady from Canada and start a business together?”  We met on a Disney internet fan site in 1998, and we were integral in starting a Disney travel agency in conjunction with that site.  Helping people plan trips to Walt Disney World, Disneyland and on Disney Cruise Line was a passion of ours.  Four years later, we decided that we loved cruising so much that we started our own company that specialized in selling cruises for all cruise lines.  With our Disney expertise and love for all things Disney, we knew we would still continue to sell that as well.  This expertise was also recognized when we were asked to be part of three Disney guide books (with an emphasis on traveling with persons with special needs).
 
The name of our company was suggested by Michelle’s daughter who was 10 years old at the time.  When we decided to branch off and open our own business, Samantha said that we were like the arms of a starfish: when they break off, they regenerate themselves.  Sounded perfect to us!

 The majority of our business comes from repeat clients and their referrals.  There is no greater compliment to us than when our clients refer our services to their families and friends.
